Hi!

I’d like to use with pixhawk flight controller or with navio2+raspberrypi.
Are there any limitations to use these flight controllers?

I would suggest the CubePilot / PixHawk as it will be easier to mount.
The choice of a Navio is mostly based on the Pi features and options to code for it.
