I am begginer in robotics and programming and need some help with getting my Lynxmotion ALD5 - SSC-32U work with My Raspberry Pi 3b. I find a lot of post about this her in the forum but the links to the software example is old and Leeds to no where. It will be great if there is some starter python example code to get this working with.

@Rickbu At this time Lynxmotion does not have any officially supported Python libraries or code for the AL5D, though there are considerable user-generated code examples online, though it will be up to you to trust the author / code. If you search “Lynxmotion Al5D Python” you get examples like:
