Lyn 1040 config of the HT1 servo

I received my assembled Lyn1040 , i updated the HT1 servo with the last Firmware. And i lost the initial position of the servo
So the problem is that there is one differences between the flowarm softare and the internal servo config.
Could you help me ?
Perhaps there is one notice of LSS Config or have you the initial config for my robot.
