Hello!
I have a litter robot 4 and the base PVC liner that should fall down during a cycle in order to drop the litter that is stuck to it no longer falls when the robot is rotating. I have tried everything, have reset the robot in multiple ways and have disassembled and assembled back multiple time and nothing changes. Initially it may fall during the first two cycles but then it goes back to not functioning. This results in large clumps of urine and litter sticking to the bottom rendering it useless and a health issue.
The weight is in the proper place and the liner does not have any damage, i am perplexed.
What should I do?

Best regards,
Thanks for the quick response! My LR4 does not have a weight retainer. How do i get one, and is that an additional charge on top of the $70 liner?
Hello @PattyR ,
The liner may be of a different model depending on the version you previously received. Therefore, no additional parts need to be purchased.
-There is either a plastic piece that prevents the weight from falling,
or
-the weight is directly attached to the liner, as the liner has a cavity with an integrated edge.
Please let us know if this answers your questions.
Kind regards,
