One of my cats is a passionate scooper. She starts shoveling before she even enters in the globe. It doesn’t matter if the litter is fresh or not, she did this even when she had her very own litterbox. It seems that she just loves to shovel.
The problem is that at least half of the cat litter is outside the globe after her every visit in the globe.
Do you have any good ideas on how to prevent this?

Have you tried to use the Fence or the coin trick?

We have customer that have used the penny trick in this case. Hang a penny with a string so it hangs in the opening of the Litter-Robot. This will tingle the cats back to back sure that it goes farther inside the Litter-Robot and turns around until the cat gets used to turning around automatically when entering the Litter-Robot.

Oh thank you Ebram! An “extra fence” can be the perfect solution to the problem. I ordered this for all three of my LR3s.
