LR3 does not cycle and yellow light flash once/second

Problem description: yellow night flash slowly 1/s not cycle, night light not working

actions taken:
1. reset everything, take bonnet off, and set it to the home position, and etc. Turned the robot off/on, still had problem. (everything describe in Litter-Robot 3 Stops Mid-Cycle - YouTube). DOES NOT WORK

night light not working, it NEVER turned on (even when reboosted, the night light was never on)

  1. tried to cover the light sensor and etc, no luck.
  2. took off the night light part and disconnect/reconnect, no luck

additional info: tried to figure out if it is the motor issue

  1. dissemble the motor and check the gear is locked in placed and working

I do not know what to do now, and advise?

This issue is usually related to the contact pins.

We will need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following videos:
Anti-Pinch Pins:

Bonnet’s Pin:

Base’s Pin:

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
