LR3 Continuously Cycling

I replaced the DFI sensor and everything was operating properly. About an hour after the LR started to continuously cycle. I have noted that the yellow light is solid during the rotation and when it reaches home the blue light comes on and then the yellow light reactivates and the cycle repeats itself. This is a new problem that I have not encountered before. I replaced the new DFI with the old one to eliminate it being the problem and the problem continues. I checked all the connections on the back of the board and everything looks good. Can anyone tell me the criteria for the LR3 to activate the blue light?

Hello @SeanM ,

Welcome to RobotShop community.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Does the light turn red first before it starts the following cycle or it goes straight from solid blue to solid yellow?

Please provide us with a video to confirm the issue.

Awaiting your reply.

Sincerely,

Hi Ebram, The order number is 1364390. I have a video but it says new users can’t upload. I’m certain my problem is not related to the DFI replacement sensor. I replaced the sensor with the old sensor and retested the unit and the same issue occurs. There is no red light during the continuous cycling. Also the blue light on time is less than 1s. If there is a method to share the video please share.
