Lost Product ID for Visual SEQ Ver. 1.16

Hi,

I bought the Lynxmotion Biped BRAT combo kit for PC back in May of 2009. A few days ago I brought the kit back out and attempted to re-install the Visual SEQ ver 1.16 software using the CD-ROM on my laptop. I was unable to use the program because I have lost the product ID, however. A Is there anyway to bypass this or to receive a new product ID?
