Lora shield and gateway

Hi,

I am using :

  1. Dragino LoRa/GPS HAT.
    and
  2. Dragino LoRa Shield.

I want to detect all nodes with gateway and send message to any specific node. Please advise, how it can be done(any sample code!)? Is it possible or not?
