Looking to Purchase a Nextion 5in LCD (RB-lte-167)

We are looking for a small LCD screen for a project and this product is on the top of our list. However, we are not sure about interfacing this screen with our microprocessor tower. What are the different options we have to interface this device with our microprocessor? Is there any other option outside of the 4 pin TTL connection like USB, UART to USB, or RS232? The other question we have is what computer language is the LCD programmed with?

If there is a technical manual or owners manual we can look at before purchasing, that would also be preferable.
