Looking for servo mounted gears and rackgear set for sub-micro or nano sized servos

Any idea where I can find those items so I can use a submiro servo like the Hitec HS55 to use linear motion?

I can find them many places for standard size servos, but I have had no luck with the sub-micro or nano sized Hitec servos
