Looking for piece above rake on Lavvie bot liter

Hello there,

Can someone point me in the direction on the spare part for the rake system ? Mine snapped and the entire lever does not move anymore, thus rendering the robot litter inaffective !

At this time, I cannot locate it ; as Im looking to buy the piece, is it really needed to find the invoice ?

We wanted to check if your robot is still under warranty or not since this part could be replaced under warranty.

However, since you don’t have the invoice now, you can order a new separator from our website directly.

Which country are you from so we can send you the correct link?

The warranty is 2 years in Europe so it would be out of warranty now.
