can anyone suggest for linear actuator that can be control using servo PWM signal?
Preferably 100mm stroke.

To add to this reply, this board allows you to use PWM input with most <2A linear actuators which include a built-in potentiometer:

However, you not only need to choose the stroke (100mm) but also the force and the speed.
