Hi Guys, I have a Double 2 robot and the kickstand is not deploying properly. When i press the button to deploy it the robot jolts forward and then cancels the kickstand deployment mid cycle. any ideas?

If your Double isn’t retracting its kickstands, these tips may help.
Bluetooth
Your Double may be experiencing a Bluetooth reset. Please follow this link to find out how to unpair your Double.
Uneven Surface
Kickstands may not be deploying or retracting if Double senses that it is on an uneven surface. If Double is on a ramp or leaning forward or backward, it will not retract as a safety precaution.
- Make sure Double is on a level surface.
- Lift the Double 2-3 inches off the ground and try to push the “P” button.
- Power cycle both the iPad and Double.
Partially Deployed
If the kickstands are partially deployed, you may be able to resolve the issue by laying your Double on its side on the ground (with one wheel face down), then trigger the kickstands to deploy or retract.
