Hi,

No I did not buy it from robotshop.

I am trying to avoid having to spend $20+ on a replacement cable if possible if someone has a spare cable to sell me. If not I will look into one of the two options

What is the return policy on the spare parts pack if the new cable also does not fix the issue?
