I am looking to build this car, but I could not find this part Pololu 4-Channel RC Servo Multiplexer (Assembled). I am wondering if I can use something else.

Indeed, it is not currently visible. That being said, it should be so shortly as RB-Pol-896.
If you wish we can open a ticket for you so the product can be added by our customer service team to an order (since it is not visible at this moment).
If you want to use an alternative instead you can find other RC servomotor controller here.

Thanks @scharette for replay. Yes, please I would like to buy it. But do you know how much will cost me? On the Pololu website ask for $75 USD just for shipping and $10 for it.

If building a new project following specific instructions it is probably best not to deviate until you have everything working first!
I cannot confirm the specifics on shipping without a target address, but since this post is public I strongly recommend to instead discuss this (in private) with our customer service team in the support ticket I will create for you.
