Location of strain gauges on micro load cell?

Hello,

Where are the location of the actual strain gauges on the 0-0.78Kg load cell ?

The attached shows that the location of the strain gauges on these different load cells.

Are the ones on the 0-0.78 K.g located on top or on the sides. My guess is at the sides but I just want to make sure.

Hi Izy,

The position of the strain gauges on the RB-Phi-117 are on the top / bottom sides.
You can see the patch of white protective covering on top of the cell in the product picture.

You can also see more details on the size and structure of the load cell in it’s mechanical drawing here.
