LitterRobot 3 Cycle Sensor Broken?

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

We’ve had the LitterRobot 3 Connect for about 2-3 months and it has been great apart from occasionally losing connection with the App.

Over the last week or so however it seems the sensor has stopped working completely, it doesn’t automatically cycle at all, (we have to go and manually hit the cycle button or reboot it) and always loses connection with the app. When you reboot it it will connect to the app again and show the fill gauge correctly etc but will go wrong again soon.

Have ensured the robot was never overfull of waste or overfilled with litter too so not sure what has gone wrong - we did get a sensor fault error before but that appeared to happen when one of our cats kept going back into the machine after leaving it. Not 100% on what to do!

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Can you please tell us the status of the lights on the panel?

Are there any blinking lights?

A video could be more helpful if you prefer this option.
