I have had a litter robot for about 5 yrs. about a week ago the motor sounded like it was struggling and then all three of the lights on the control panel started flashing and the globe wouldn’t return to the proper position. I unplugged it checked everything out when I plugged it back no lights or anything. do I just need a new motor or does the control panel need replacing also.

It seems you are having problems with either the circuit board or the power jack. We suggest you to try and wiggle the jack in the power socket and verify if the circuit board lights up. If it does, then you’ll need to replace the power jack. If not, then you’ll either need a circuit board or the power jack, we cannot confirm one or another. Also, you will also need a new motor, since yours was struggling. You can do so order one here.
