Litter robot suddenly stopped working and yellow light blinking rapidly

Hi. My litter robot has worked fine to date but now when I turn it on the blue light is flashing. When I reset the yellow light blinks very fast and nothing happens. Any ideas please?

The serial number for my robot is LR3130935. I am struggling to find my order ID as I think the email address I was using at the time I am now locked out of. I can provide my demographic details should you require them.
