Litter robot stops working midcycke

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Litter robot stops working mid cycle and it throws al the clean cat litter in the bin underneeth:

Multible times I’ve reset the litter robot:

I only got the litter robot for a couple of weeks but I can’t say I am verry happy at the moment:

Please give us your order ID and a serial number of the robot. You can find it on the base.

1129052 that’s the ordernumber and LR3CI359624 is the serial number and this is the number of the model LR3C- 1200- CE
