Litter robot red power button

My friend bought a litter robot 3 months ago and he gave it to me.

I try to connect the litter robot to the app but, when i press the two buttons the power light turn white, blue and right after turns red and stay red. I can’t reebot the wifi because its my appartement bliding complexe and not my personel one… I dont know what to do.

Hi @Mylene and welcome to our forum!

Please make sure you are not holding down your fingers too long. You should release as soon as you see the power light turn blue.

If the power light continues to turn red, the connectors on the connect board may be loose. . Open up the control board and check the connectors and make sure they are secure.

I have did all this ,and it did not resolved the problem . My cat ■■■■ on my Cow Skin a few time and ■■■■ on my floor …:(((

Are there any blinking lights on the control panel?

Thanks for your fast response.

I am at work right now , I only have my order# 1099607

And I beleive so , but the problem it keeps disconnecting ,that is the real problem.

Do you want me to send the serial # tomorrow ?

Did you maybe try to uninstall and install the app again?

Do you have any blinking lights on the control panel?

Or wifi is the only problem?
