Litter Robot red light on always

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

My LR III has worked for 2 years. But recently, it can’t work at all. Red light on always. I try to reset, power off, unplug the power cable and so on. But there is no use. I recorded the error status and uploaded it to youtube (https://youtu.be/XvKI9SbbDXM) for your information.

From what I see, there is an issue with the cat sensor.
