My Litter Robot 4 that I purchased a year ago seems to having a fault. The lights are flashing red and blue, the inside lights are not turning on. I have followed all the troubleshooting directions on the litter robot website, cleaning the sensors, cleaning the inside, cleaning out the globe, and it has not fixed the issues. Not sure what else to true

According to your order number the robot is still under warranty and you seem to be needed a new sensor board so we will send you a new one.
