HELLO,
For some reason our unit just stopped. The power is no longer.
We have checked the power cord coming from the wall and its all good there.
We have unplugged it and tried another power cord but still nothing.
We have disassembled the unit and still nothing.
Is there a fuse in the unit? Or is it fried? We have 3 units and its the first time we have this happen.

If you have no lights upon turning the switch on, it could be a few issues:
- The power jack on the wire harness inside the litter-robot base might also be damaged. To test it: upon entering the power cord into the jack on the Litter-Robot, wiggle the wire and look at the panel to see if there is any signs of the lights flashing.
- The power supply might be defective : if possible please verify it with a voltmeter : Click Here
- If you leave the unit plugged in, is the control panel hot at touch?
- It could also be the circuit board that is defective.
