Hi I have just got an open air robot and when my robot does the cycle it tips the lot of the litter into the tray at the bottom please help me

I’m sorry to hear what’s happening to you. I’ve been reading a little about the robot and it’s possible that the filter mesh is clogged, which could cause the sand not to fall into the correct container and be discarded as well. open air robot trash troubleshoot

Welcome to RobotShop community.
Please make sure to fill the globe up to the filling line, and not more. This would result in the excess litter to drop into the tray.
Also, please make sure to use a clumping litter, fine enough to filter through the plastic mesh.
