Litter robot open air 3, not rotating anymore

My litter robot pen air 3 i bought less then year ago, doesn’t want to rotate anymore. The yellow light is rapidly blinking.
According to the trouble shooting guide

This would mean the anti pinch system isn’t properly working. But when i inspected it, the two pins are connected to each other.

Hi @crusse,

Do you maybe have blue blinking light before it turns to rapid yellow blinking light?

Can you send us image of the Anti-pinch pins? Are they corroded?

Hi,

When pressing the reset bottom the yellow light stops and blue starts blinking and when pressing reset again yellow light starts blinking rapidly again.

There seems a little dirt on pins. not sure if they are corroded. I can disassemble it tomorrow to have closer look.

Hi,

Try to clean them. Try to bend them a little bit to make better contact. If you cannot clean them, then I would suggest replacing them.

Probably, you will have to replace DFI hardware also.

If you bought it with RobotShop and you are still in warranty, please advise.

Try cleaning them and bend for better contact.

They pins are corroded.

-Cleaned and reassembled and measured that there is no resistance between the pins with a multimeter.
But still the same issue.
I bought it on robotshop.
