Hi guys,
I have purchased the above mentioned robot back in February this year, and I am having some difficulties with it. I have searched the database and I cannot find any similar issues (I have found for 3 lights blinking, or 2, blue and yellow). My robot starts the cycling but when it is time to return to home, it gets stuck and the red and yellow light start flashing.
We have followed the troubleshooting below but nothing was resolved.
I am leaving below a video of the fault.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps in the attached video:
Red & Yellow blinking lights:
If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
We will also need some additional information to open a file.
-Photo of the serial number located behind the base of the litter box.
-Order number. (PDF or photo of receipt for reseller clients)
-Confirmation of your postal address and telephone number.
