I just got a Litter-Robot 3 and think it’s having issues on my carpet as it’s thicker. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a mat or something to put under it? I just figured I’d reach out before ordering something if there was a good idea on what to get.

Welcome to RobotShop community.
We recommend placing the robot on a firm and even floor to avoid any issues with the CAT detection sensor.
You can place any mats in front of the robot but not underneath it.
