Gosh, this has taken me 2 days to fathom out how to contact someone. I have waited 24 hours for a password reset which never arrived. I feeling very frustrated now, poor kitty’s are too.
My cat litter Robot will cycle only when I press reset. I have tried all the trouble shooting solutions. have unplugged for 10seconds. taken apart, wiped lenses, done a cycle with no litter waste draw etc. unit will cycle after used but as soon as cat uses it, it will cycle then return to base then blue flashing full light again. I purchased from you. Order Number 577194. Shipped to me from you on 19/7/2017. I also purchased an extended warranty from yourselves at the same time. My address has changed slightly since my order but i am still in the same town. Please Help. Thanks so very much.
