Hello, I’m having same issue with my Litter Robot 3, bought it ~1 year ago.
I’ve already cleaned the Anti-Pinch pins, they weren’t too dirty though. I’ve cleaned them with sandpaper, and the problem is still there.
Also, I’ve cleaned the green boards (without any chemistry) and the glass in front of them, the problem is still there.
The actual problem is the same people are having here, when I turn the device on, the blue light is blinking (once per second), then I click Reset and yellow button start blinking (2x per second or even faster).

Hello @ognevsky ,
Welcome to RobotShop community.
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
Have you cleaned the green circuit boards with water or any liquids?
Please provide us with some clear pictures of them to check if they have any visible damage.
We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following videos:
Anti-Pinch Pins:
Bonnet’s Pin:
Base’s Pin:
No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
Awaiting your reply.
Sincerely,

Hello @ognevsky ,
Thank you for your reply.
Please try to clean the 2 green circuit boards with isopropyl alcohol especially the tiny pins of the chips on them.
You will also need to replace the base contact pins but let’s see first if the DFI sensor will work after the cleaning or not.
Awaiting your reply.
Sincerely,
Leif
