I have the same issue has many other: Blue Flashing light even if everything is clean. It does the initial cycle without an issue but then, when it does it start again for another cycle, the blue flashing light come on. Resetting, unplugging, removing drawer, nothing is working. This litter is very sensitive, most often been jamed in weird position and my cats does what they have to do somewhere else: Matress, floor. It cost me a lot of money to replace the furniture and this robot litter too. I hope you speak to them in the name of all us being disapointed with this product.

When the robot was getting stuck at weird positions, was the yellow light blinking slowly?
As for the slowly blinking blue light after each cycle, please try to clean the 2 green circuit boards of the DFI sensor with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from the small pins on them.
Here’s a video to help you locate these boards:
If you find this too complicated for you, you can send us the robot for repair under the warranty.
For the globe at weird position, a did clean and clip back at their place the 2 metal tabs. Since that, for this problem, it seems good. For the second problem for the blue flashing light, let me try your solution. I have clean the lense out and inside them but not the contact pins. I´ll let you know if it works.
Ok, I did clean the contact pins and reseated the conntector but it did not work 100%. When the blue light is flashing, I ´m able to reset it by pushing on Reset button but after every cycle, the blue light is flashing again. Any idea?
