I am loving my new Litter Robot except for one thing. The Internal Shield keeps falling out of position every time it cycles. I have to readjust it every time. I have watched a YouTube video about the key in the back being in place so it would work. I checked that and feel like it is. I read that it can be taken off but I want it on. Can anyone help me? Does this happen often? One person said his correctednitselfbin a few cycles but mine has not.

Be careful not to tighten the screw too much.
If it doesn’t solve the issue, the internal shield may be taken off since Litter-Robot is currently in the process of eliminating this part.
Note that if you do so, you have to fill the hole in the globe so the litter doesn’t get out.
