Nothing heats up. The order number is 1036221. I don’t have a multimeter. This is the second warranty claim I’ve had to make in 6 months. I’m very unimpressed with this expensive purchase. Please advise. At this point I feel a replacement is warranted.
Were you using the original adapter and plugging the robot into the wall directly or not?
We can send you a replacement power adapter first… if it didn’t fix the issue, you would need to send us the robot for inspection and repair under the warranty.

Yes it is the original adapter that has worked fine until today. I would rather not post my home address on a forum, can you please provide me an email with which to send?
