Litter robot iii open air not turning on

This morning litter robot was without power, tried turning on and off without success.

One of the times a yellow light blinked and got out of power again. Tried in other power outlets with no luck.

Bought on late november… received on early december. Died in 3 months?! No techinical service by phone?!
Hope my cat adapts to the old litter box while I send the litter robot-repair- and they sent it back…

If you have no lights upon turning the switch on, it could be a few issues:

  • The power supply might be defective : if possible please verify it with a voltmeter.
  • If you leave the unit plugged in, is the control panel hot at touch?
  • It could also be the circuit board that is defective.
