The product you are watching is the RB-ltr-69 and this is only the replacement Globe for the Litter-Robot.
From what we see, there seems to be an error in the product description and it will be fixed ASAP.
The Connect upgrade kit is unfortunately not available at the moment but will be pretty soon.
