Hi dear roborshop staff!

If i buy this product ( Litter-Robot III Open Air Connected Automatic Self-Cleaning Litter Box (Grey)
Product Code : RB-Ltr-119) from THIS website, I will get the EU or US version of the product?
It matters to me because I live in Switzerland and we have EU voltage not US.

Also, whats the diference between RB-Ltr-121 and 119 version? Thank you

Hi,

Rb-ltr-119 is a US version. Since you are in Switzerland, you should buy Rb-ltr-121 which is EU version and you would get EU power supply with it.

Can i buy the 121 version from the internation website? I ask because the french warehouse doenst send to switzerland…
