When cleaning the litter robot you may simply use a vacuum to clean litter out of the globe and the base.
You may also take a damp cloth and clean the inside of the globe and of the base. You do not need to take anything apart.
You rarely need to change your cats litter. You only need to put some more litter inside the globe when the level becomes low, since some litter will go down into the waste drawer along with your cats waste.
