Litter-robot-iii-open-air-cat-is-not-detected

Help! I have tried this walk-thru to re-calibrate several times after the weight sensor seemed no longer to automatically cycle the robot but it still refuses to recognise either cat when they use it
It responds to us pressing unit from the top but needs a reasonable push to activate!
Not sure what else to do?

Hi,

You may verify the following video to ensure that the screw of your cat sensor is not too tight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLwgz3hWgMg

Since the cat sensor can be triggered, it is not defective but maybe the screw is too tight or the plate on the top of the sensor is not placed properly.
I hope this helps you.

Hi thanks for that!

Can u help me with a new enquiry - it is now just flashing red all the time - we have done everything but it just is the same when we turn it back on.

How do we get it repaired?

Thanks

Hi @Belbot

Have you purchased the Litter-Robot with RobotShop?
If so, I will create a private support topic for you to proceed.

Yes indeed!!
