Litter Robot III - Everything is reversed

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: My Litter_Robot III cycles the wrong direction. The button are also backwards. When you click cycle it empties and when you click empty it cycles. The cat leaves and it will run the wrong way and drump ALL the good cat litter into the bin.

Hi,

I believe that you have received a rare but wrong wired unit.

The motor should be wired the following: Red + Green and White + Brown.

Rewiring the motor should fix all the issues.
