Litter Robot III - Blue Light Constantly Flashing

Hi

Would it be possible to open another call re my litter robot?

The blue light is constantly flashing I have tried everything on the below link but still no joy.

I am now at a loss on what to do next as I believe the robot is still in warranty.

Can you assist?

This is what I have already done, several times actually. Without any changes to the better. I have also done the “total reset” (if it was that it was called). And I have also tried to contact the reseller (robotshoppen.se in Sweden) .
