Hi it’s flashing blue all the time can’t reset it as it just flashes yellow. I’ve cleaned pinch pins and fill indicator lenses. The app shows it he litter robot as offline. It’s still under warranty not sure what to do as I’ve turned it off for a period of time too. Nothing works do I need replacement parts?

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
Have you cleaned the 2 green circuit boards of the DFI sensor with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them?

Hi,thanks for your reply. Yes after reading the forum I did the isopropyl Q-tip clean but it’s still not working.

In this case, the DFI sensor needs to be replaced.
What was the status of the Anti-Pinch pins after cleaning them?

Hi, thanks for your reply, I’ve cleaned the anti-pinch pins there’s a bit of rust I can’t get off.
My litter robot serial number is: LR3C1201524.
