Litter Robot Error

We purchased a Litter Robot in January. Order #403958.

Now when it cycles, once it gets to the full cycle motion, where it should return back, it now instead continues past and will then freeze with an error. The error will not allow us to reset it, it will not return back.

We did purchase the extended warranty, I am just not sure what to do from here as the system is not operable.
