We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
Does the robot keep rotating non-stop doing a 360 degrees cycle causing the litter to fall into the waste drawer?
If that’s not the case, please provide us with a video of the robot showing the issue.
As for the CAT sensor, did it stop working suddenly or you have moved the robot or cleaned it shortly before that?
