Hi!
I have the litter robot III… it has an issue where the unit will recognize a weight change (light will turn red) only when the waste drawer is not installed. With the drawer installed no amount of pressure can get the light to turn red. I looked at the wire connections and the drawer doesn’t seem to be hitting them. I even tried to reposition the wires but no change.
