Litter Robot can't complete rotation to home position

Litter robot cannot complete its rotation – it almost goes through the entire cycle but stops a few inches before reaching the final position and then gives me the error with 3 flashing lights (red>yellow>blue sequentially).

I have tried every troubleshooting solution and spent extensive time on the phone with Whisker Support but nothing has solved this.

I have already:
-Confirmed power supply is fine
-Confirmed bonnet is in proper position
-Applied furniture polish as instructed to lubricate
-Cleaned thoroughly and ensured litter robot rotation has no interference and key is in proper location

I was instructed by Whisker Support to submit a ticket for further support

Advice would be appreciated

Hello - I have checked the gear and it is fine, nothing seems loose. The power supply is fine, I have checked with numerous outlets directly. The track is aligned in the groove and this is certain because it completes 95% of the rotation. I also confirmed the magnets are in the correct position

It flashes red to yellow to blue sequentially
