Litter Robot - blue light flashing, then yellow light. Won't reset

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

My Litter Robot won’t reset. The blue light is constantly flashing. When reset is pressed the yellow light then flashes. It pinch sensor has been cleaned and they are touching. The DFI sensors have been cleaned. Help!!!

I am having the same issue!!! Tried all of the above and it still doesn’t work.

It seems that DFI sensor should be replaced.

Is your robot still in warranty? Can you give us your order ID?

Hi, yes that is what I have been told via a ticket I have raised. These aren’t in stock until November though!! Thank you

I did buy it from yourselves, yes. But as normal, things go wrong just after the warranty ends!!

Same. Was such a great machine but it’s been out of action for a long time now. Tried everything posted here and still blinking blue/yellow.

Managed to get the yellow flashing to stop but the blue flashing light is still there. Seems I might need to replace the tray
