Litter-Robot Blue blinking light

I am having the same issue regarding the blue light flashing every time the unit cycles
this is the second issue with this unit within the warranty period
I was going to purchase the new model when it is available in the UK but I doubt i will anymore given these issues

I am having a similar issue where the blue light flashes after every cycle even with the draw completely empty.
I have tried all the above cleaning procedures but nothing has helped
this is the second time I have had an issue like this, and it is making me regret having ever bought one

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Have you tried to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them?

We will also need to see the 3 sets of pins to check their status in case they needed to be replaced.

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.

According to the pictures, the pins will need to be replaced as well so we will send you replacements for them along with the DFI sensor.
