Hi!
I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering. I have only got the litter robot for about a month and it has been constantly giving me issues. I kept seeing red and yellow lights both blinking when I got home from work, resetting did not do, I had to power it off completely and power it back on when it would perform a full cycle, which puts the lights back to normal. However, the next time my cat gets in, the same problem comes back. At this point it is hardly an ‘automatic’ litter box… Quite disappointed as I only got it for about a month, and the problem has been happening since 2 weeks ago. Any input is appreciated.
Also, is there a way to contact support directly?
