I already looked your forum for this problem and it seems a common thing.
The litter is working but my app says it’s offline, als already tried to reconnect; pres and hold the cycle and empty button for 3 sec it turns blue but directly after it turns red.

I just have the litter for almost 3mounts and I already have problems with it.
I’ve hard reset the robot, turned the robot off and on, tried multiple times to reconnect with the app.
It’s a common problem, du something about it the litter is expensive enough!!
